Customs Union between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan

A similar design of bottles for mineral water in Norway, no violation

The court in Norway ruled on a lawsuit between the two producers of mineral water selling their product in a very similar type of bottle.Ringnes AS accuses Water of Norway AS that selling its mineral water in a bottle which copied its bottle, which constitutes unfair competition. The new fees for Community trade mark

Today OHIM publishes information on new charges, which will be paying for a Community trade mark. The Fees should come into force after their official publication, which is expected to happen in May.
In the future there will be a charge for a European mark, which replaces the current system of charges.
The comparison between old and new charges is as follows:

CTM application fee (paper): Current fee: 900 - New fee: 1050
CTM application fee (e-filing): Current fee 750 - New fee: 900
CTM application fee (collective mark): Current fee 1300 -New fee 1800
CTM registration fee: Current fee: 850 - New fee: 0
CTM registration class fee: Current fee: 150 - New fee: 0
CTM registration fee (collective mark): Current fee: 1700 - New fee: 0
CTM registration class fee (collective mark): Current fee: 300 - New fee: 0
Additional fee for late payment of registration fee: Current fee: 25% (max. 750) - New fee: 0
