Thanks and I recognized your picture from earlier publications !
You may be able to help me with the following.
I need an introduction at OHIM, Alicante. We are specialists in Domains and webhosting and only since two years active with marks. We do have an account (deposit) at BBIE (Benelux Office for trade marks) but we do not have a representative account at OHIM. I understand we may need some help from experienced IP professionals to be allowed to be a representative and register marks on behalf of our customers. No idea of this is true. We do not have our own lawyers. We are all paralegals and domain specialists. But very dedicated to the job.
Do you know how we can proceed best ?
