Changes in the Romanian legislation on trademarks

Romanian Government approved on July 8, 2009 changes in legislation relating to trade marks and geographical indications.

The changes aim convergence of European and national legislation.

The amendments allow to be registered, new types of marks such as sound marks and holograms.
