Elaut Targets Ocean over Game Machine
On Tuesday, November 13, 2012, Elaut (plaintiff) launched a complaint against Ocean
Elaut is a provider of specially-designed games for amusement parks, arcades and casinos around the world. Ocean Amusement Machine is engaged in the design, development production and sale of amusement machines. Its main products include redemption machines, arcade game machines, fluorescent display machines.
The patents involved in this suit are listed below:
As per the complaint, plaintiff alleges that the defendant infringes the above patents by offering game machines. The infringing product includes BH207 Super Prize Machine that was offered for sale at the year 2011 and 2012 IAAPA Fairs held in Orlando. Fig. 1 is a picture of super prize machine. Fig. 2 is a front view of one embodiment of a portion of a game cabinet.
