Free trade mark similarity search tool with ranked results for CTM and UK (US and WIPO coming soon)
Having seen Mikk's list of free search tools I thought our AssuredTM system might also be of interest.
It uses unique patent-pending technology to return ranked search results in seconds. So a user simply enters the name they want to research or protect, and our system returns all aurally and visually similar CTM and UK registered trade marks (US and WIPO coming soon). And the results are ranked with the most similar appearing first.
So there is no need for time consuming search strategies, or looking through endless
pages of unsorted results. It is very quick to find conflicting marks.
We have recently made available a version for attorneys and other IP professionals to try here

It took a number of years to develop the technology and we have been using and refining its performance since 2008 through our SME service

We have the US data and are working on integrating, but the structure is very different. Hopefully a month or 2 and it will all be finished. WIPO will be easy to implement and will follow on from that.
