Help me! Ideas for new domain and logo design wanted!

I'm planning to direct IPNetwork to new separate domain. Therefore I'm looking for a new domain name, which is short, easy to remember, searchengine friendly. The new domain name should reflect keywords like intellectual property and law, technology and innovation, entrepreneurship and business.

I'm looking also for logo ideas. To find great logo seems to be even much more complicated, so all ideas and suggestions are welcome! :)

I suggest this domain to be IPnetwork or IPnet.
The Logo issue is a really complex. The logo may constitute IPNETWORK words in a particular font, crossed by a blue stripe - ellipse.
